Hi everyone :D
like John said, I and some others in the class have already have our own blogs, and I'm happy to continue on this one. Here, I've posted some articles and put some links in. Please do not hesitate to comment on any of my postings, including this one which I'm going to add a paragraph John assigned this morning.
Today, in my AEP Reading/Writing five class, John assigned us homework to write one paragraph about our partner’s answer to the question, “What are some lucky and unlucky signs?” My partner was Joon who told me that he himself had no lucky or unlucky sign. However, he told me about some unfortunate signs in which Koreans believe. The first thing is the number “4” which means of death, and in Korean hospitals, they use “F floor” instead of the fourth floor. Another thing is about the 13th Friday of every month; Joon think it is like a fad which Koreans received from western culture. The last thing he mentioned is “Law of Murphy” which, in my understanding, is a period of time that a person encounters lots of continuously unfortunate events. As I have mentioned, Joon does not really believe in such things and I also agree that we should not be so serious about them.

Hi Sa!
I am glad that you start your blog again. I am certain that you can enhance your writing skill more than now. Furthermore,I hope to share your idea with me. Finally I wish that you are lucky.
Yeh, you know what. I don't know what to comment on the blog. This is my first time to use blog and it's quite something new to me, but I will try. I hope everyone in the class can improve their writing skill by this way.
Hello N'zar. I'm glad to see your blog naja.
Interesting, I didn't know that four was such an unlucky number in Korea. In Canada and in the US, elevators simply skip the 13th floor altogether. You go from floor 12 straight to floor 14. I sometimes wonder if the 13th floor isn't like the 9 3/4 train platform in the Harry Potter stories. This is a place that only magic people know about and can get to. I wonder what 'magic' happens on the 13th floor in Canada, and perphaps on the fourth floor in Korea?

Hi n'Zar,
Really thanks to help me made my blog yesterday.
I think Thai also receive this fad about the 13th friday from the western. I've heard that the reason that Thai don't like the 13th because when you read this number rotated in the left side. It seems to be the word "ghost" [in Thai]. Try it!!
Hello N.zar
Nice to meet you yesterday. I feel surprise in your blog because at first I glance it, it is full of interesting information. In your writing I already known that 4 is unlucky for china but I just know that it is also unlucky in Korea. And I agree with Tle about Thai belief of 13.

thanks for comment ka
about my name, it's because my dad used to like root beer so much, and there was a brand named zar-zee. I have a twin brother so he thought these name'd fit us.
though my name may sounds weird to most Thais but it's this point of uniqueness that make me like my name.
Oh! You have twin brother. Does he look like you in the short hair? Anyway, your uncommon name makes people remember your name easily.
It is very good to u. Sometime your dad might know this benefit. 555
